UFC light-weight contender Arman Tsarukyan despatched a harsh warning to Alexander Volkanovski forward of a potential battle between the two.
After knocking out Movsar Evloev at UFC 333 to defend the UFC featherweight title, Volkanovski has made it clear that he needs to transfer up to the light-weight division and chase a second belt.

While he ideally hopes to battle UFC light-weight champion Justin Gaethje in a superfight, Volkanovski is also open to combating Tsarukyan for a vacant belt if Gaethje retires.
If that occurs, then Tsarukyan says that Volkanovski should be cautious what he needs for.

In response to Volkanovski saying that Tsarukyan’s wrestling won’t work against him, Tsarukyan introduced up the reality that Volkanovski also said that Islam Makhachev would not knock him out, which is what occurred in their rematch for the UFC light-weight belt three years in the past.
Will This Fight Happen?
We know that Volkanovski needs to transfer up to light-weight and pursue the alternative to win a second UFC belt, something that has so far eluded him during his UFC Hall of Famer profession. Both fights are extremely intriguing if they occur, as a matchup between Volkanovski and Gaethje is a true superfight, while a matchup against Tsarukyan is one of the most fascinating fights that the UFC can e-book proper now in any weight class.
It actually all relies upon on what Gaethje needs to do, as he is said to be on the fence about combating again or retiring. If he does retire, no one would blame him for strolling away on high, but if he fights again, matchups against both Volkanovski and Tsarukyan are ones that are extremely intriguing to e-book.
