The property also has two wells with water storage, solar energy for the home, a separate photo voltaic system for the pool, a backup generator and an hooked up three-car storage.

The home was rebuilt by its late former proprietor after the earlier home was destroyed in the devastating 2017 Tubbs Fire, according to the Press Democrat.
