Former Open Championship winner Ian Baker-Finch announced earlier this 12 months that he’d retire from broadcasting at the finish of the PGA Tour season. Well, that second finally came this Sunday at the Wyndham Championship.

CBS reporter Dottie Pepper may have had the best tribute for Baker-Finch.
“Finchy, a main champion, we all know that. What everyone else might not know is you’re a main human being,” Pepper said during Sunday’s broadcast. “You’ve taken care of this crew. You’ve been a mentor, a trainer, a large brother – so many issues to so many people. Gosh, we’re going to miss you.”
It’s safe to say Baker-Finch left a positive mark on the golf community.
