The departures come just over two weeks after Paramount Skydance accomplished its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery on Oct. 6, bringing CNN and CBS News under the same company umbrella.
The mixed media giant, now identified merely as Skydance, is led by David Ellison, son of Oracle billionaire Larry Ellison.
