A Delta Airlines bigwig who helped lead LaGuardia Airport’s glitzy makeover stole a motorist’s keys and threw them in a storm drain during a dustup outside the airport, sources advised The Post.
Ryan Marzullo, 46, was stealthily arrested Wednesday by Port Authority cops on fees of legal mischief and petit larceny, sources said.
The arrest came after a weird Nov. 11 incident between Marzullo and a 22-year-old Queens man who was parked outside LaGuardia’s Terminal C, according to sources.

The motorist contended that Marzullo drove up, recognized himself as a Delta worker and reached into his 2024 Toyota, grabbing his keys, the sources said.
Marzullo then allegedly threw the man’s keys into a storm drain and drove off.
Cops recognized Marzullo as the key-tossing miscreant, main to a hush-hush arrest at Port Authority police’s command, the sources said.
Frank Conti, president of the Port Authority Police Benevolent Association, confirmed that officers were advised a mysterious high-profile arrest would be unfolding Wednesday. He said cops were advised to keep away and not take images as the suspect voluntarily surrendered.

“It seemed a mystery to most, but it was brought to our command reps’ attention,” Conti said.
Marzullo, who didn’t return requests for remark, is a managing director for Delta Airlines in charge of overseeing LaGuardia’s Terminal C revamp – half of a $8 billion megaproject at the airport.
