Guns N’ Roses is clearing up Axl Rose’s current on-stage meltdown, where the frontman kicked the band’s drum package while performing in Buenos Aires on Oct. 18.
The group defined that the 63-year-old rocker was merely annoyed from technical difficulties.
“During the opening song at our recent Buenos Aires concert, Axl’s in-ear monitor pack had only the percussion in his ears versus his entire mix,” their assertion learn via the group’s Instagram Story on Wednesday. “The issue was fixed by our tech team by the third song, and we had a great night.”

Guns N’ Roses clarified that Rose’s anger was not directed at the band’s drummer.
“The situation had nothing to do with Isaac Carpenter’s playing, who is top notch and a great drummer,” they concluded.
In footage shared to social media, Rose is singing the 1987 traditional tune “Welcome to the Jungle” when he out of the blue kicks Carpenter’s drums and throws his microphone.

Rose later hurls his mic at the drum package for a second time, before eradicating his jacket and exiting the stage.
“So, I’ll just try and wing this,” the musician advised the viewers before performing again.
Carpenter, 46, changed drummer Frank Ferrer after his “amicable” departure from Guns N’ Roses in March after 19 years.
The group confirmed Ferrer’s exit in a message posted to the group’s official Instagram web page at the time.

“Guns N’ Roses announce the amicable exit of Frank Ferrer,” the “Sweet Child O’ Mine” rockers wrote. “The band thanks Frank for his friendship, creativity and sturdy presence over the past 19 years, and wish him success in the next chapter of his musical journey.”
“Thank you, Frank,” the post concluded. “For the friendship, creativity and sturdy presence over the last 19 years.”
Fans immediately flocked to social media to share their shock.
“Omg I didn’t see that coming,” one particular person wrote.

“FRANK is so great,” a second Instagram person added. “Everyone will miss him.”
“We love you Frank,” a third Guns N’ Roses fan chimed in. “I saw you in Madrid two years ago and you was so f–king incredible.”
“Thank you [Frank Ferrer] for all your dedication, hard work, creativity, and presence over these 19 years behind the drums for Guns N’ Roses,” a fan penned. “I’ve heard stories from many fans who met you in person, and you are always described as a kind and amazing person.”

Ferrer, 59, joined founding members Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan nearly 20 years in the past for a show in Dessel, Belgium.
He was initially meant to be a two-week substitute for Bryan “Brain” Mantia, but by October, he was named the band’s official drummer.
Carpenter, meanwhile, is identified for his work in various and exhausting rock genres.
The rocker also co-founded the group Loudermilk while still in high college. He then went on to be signed to music producer Rick Rubin’s label American.
“Carpenter has made a name for himself by uniquely blending versatility and groove with crushing force and technical skill, cementing his reputation as a multifaceted drummer in the industry,” Guns N’ Roses’ assertion obtained by The Post learn.

Just a few months prior to exiting Guns N’ Roses, Ferrer opened up about becoming a member of the iconic band.
“I’m trying to keep it all inside, but in my mind, it’s like, bing, bing, bing, bing, bing, and exploding, of course,” he advised My Global Mind. “It was initially only going to be a non permanent factor. It was only going to be for two weeks.
“But in my heart, I felt like, if I could really do well on this, even if it’s just for two weeks, then it could open up a lot of doors,” Ferrer continued. “So, I didn’t have any fear. A matter of fact, it was the complete opposite. I felt like, OK, I’m ready for this.”
