A full medical follow is slated for the ground flooring, a physician will reply texts at all hours and, for anyone too sick or too busy to head downstairs, the care rides up to the unit.

She sketched a typical day. A resident dealing with back-to-back conferences gets an IV vitamin drip before work, then winds down that night time with a meditation class or a sound tub.
Wake up with a dangerous back and the reply isn’t routinely a tablet or a surgeon.
“We tell you to try one of our vinyasa yoga classes, which are done on site,” Diras said.

In essence, prospects are members and examination rooms are suites.
“It’s a reservation, not an appointment, because appointment insinuates you’re going to be waiting,” she said.
Shear said the wellness arms race has moved previous circadian lighting and filtered air and into longevity and biohacking. PMG had never gone beyond a spa or a gymnasium, so it handled Wynwood as an experiment “to test if it was going to resonate with sales and buyers, and it did.”

“The Florida culture is very wellness forward,” she said, including that for a idea this uncommon “the community has to be receptive to disruption.”
“To us, Wynwood is where Miami is headed over the next 20 years,” she wrote in an e-mail.

“We’re just scoping out the areas we want to be in, like Tribeca, like Chelsea and the Upper East Side,” she said.
Her pitch to time-starved Manhattanites is easy. “Your weekends are so valuable over here. You don’t want to spend them in a doctor’s office.”
PMG, the firm also behind Billionaires’ Row supertall 111 West 57th Street, sounds prepared for a sequel.
“I think we’ll end up doing this again, frankly,” Shear said. “As we’re seeing it work, we absolutely would want to extend it.”
