The lawyer for the girl who alleges she was raped at a Cornell University fraternity home says both he and his consumer have obtained death threats following the publicity of the case.
Thomas Giuffra is representing a girl, identified in legal paperwork as Jane Doe, who alleges she was raped at a frat home on campus in 2024. No prison expenses were initially filed in connection with the allegations. The case has since been reopened following a civil lawsuit filed by Doe.
Giuffra spoke to BBC Newsnight about current developments in the case and Donald Trump’s current feedback about it.
