NEW YORK — Knicks middle Karl-Anthony Towns was held out of Friday evening’s 136-96 win over the Chicago Bulls because of a proper elbow impingement.
Towns was in a good temper as he participated in pregame warmups and took a couple of pictures. However, he stood in entrance of the customer’s bench and grabbed his elbow before he walked off the court toward the locker room.
The All-Star middle is averaging 20.1 factors and 11.9 rebounds. He was changed in the beginning lineup by Mtchell Robinson, who had 17 factors and 11 rebounds in the win.
