The Brooklyn townhouse immortalized in a Lily Allen album has offered and closed for $7 million, Gimme Shelter can reveal.

Once the elegant marital home of Allen, the British pop star now on the New York leg of her tour — and “Stranger Things” actor David Harbour — the gorgeous Cobble Hill townhouse hit the market last October for $7.9 million just days after the release of her broadly mentioned “revenge” album. It was last asking $7.3 million.

The identification of the purchaser is not recognized.

The boldly maximalist five-bedroom, four-bath dwelling at 381 Union St. — crammed with wild prints and colours — options a sauna and a cold plunge in the yard. In 2023, it debuted in Architectural Digest with a home tour dubbed “cringe” by Curbed. It was later featured in Elle Decor after The Post reported in January that it had entered contract.

The residence is jaw-droppingly stunning in its design — but it wasn’t a fairytale home for the now-former couple. Compass

But despite the Nineteenth-century home’s natural magnificence, and stellar makeover by high AD100 designer Billy Cotton and architect Ben Bischoff of MADE, Allen felt “awkward” there from the begin, according to her “West End Girl” album. It was the first album that Allen — a mom of two daughters from her earlier marriage — had made in seven years and it gave her a huge profession increase, as she is now on a world tour.

Released just days before the property hit the market in late 2025, the album refers to Harbour’s alleged infidelity with costume designer Natalie Tippet at his West Village residence, according to reports. According to Allen’s music, she felt pressured to transfer into a home that was merely too costly.

“Now I’m looking at houses with four or five floors / And you’ve found us a brownstone, said ‘You want it? It’s yours.’”

“So we went ahead and we bought it / Found ourselves a good mortgage / Billy Cotton got sorted / All the furniture ordered / I could never afford this / You were pushing it forward / Made me feel a bit awkward / Made me feel a bit awkward.”

The former couple purchased the 22-foot huge townhouse in 2021, during happier instances, for $3.3 million via two separate trusts. By February 2025, they were no longer collectively after practically 5 years of marriage. (They met on the relationship website Raya, according to reports.)

The unfold options a gorgeous eat-in chef’s kitchen with a massive customized banquette by massive home windows that overlook the avenue. There’s also a full-floor main bed room with a fire, two walk-in closets — and an extravagant spa-like bathtub with wall-to-wall Pierre Frey carpeting, a fire, and two “Louis XVI-style vanities.” Upstairs are further bedrooms, a skylighted lounge and a home workplace.
