Babymetal is all grown up.

The kawaii metallic J-Pop trio just lately announced they’re putting out on their largest tour yet that will ship them to North America, Latin America, the UK and Europe from June through September.

They’ll be joined by particular friends Halestorm and Violent Vira on all U.S. dates outside of their two competition appearances and one-off gig opening for My Chemical Romance.

And while Suzuka “Su-metal” Nakamoto, Moa “Moametal” Kikuchi and Momoko “Momometal” Okazaki aren’t slated to stop in at a New York venue on the run, they’ll get close when they headline at Newark’s PNC Bank Arts Center on Sept. 9.

If you’d like to see them shred stay, tickets are formally obtainable for all of their U.S. dates on April 10.

However, followers Kitsunes and Megitsunes can get forward of the curve by snagging seats as early as at the moment on secondary market websites like StubHub and Vivid Seats where costs are shockingly inexpensive.

Based on our findings, we discovered some stock going for as low as $72 including charges on StubHub.

All other reveals have tickets beginning anywhere from $73 to $106 including charges.

Their upcoming outing comes in support of the boundary-pushing group’s well-received, fifth studio album “Metal Forth,” which hit cabinets in August 2025.

According to Set List FM, they’ve been enjoying songs from the file at live shows on the Australian and Japanese legs of the tour that started last yr. Notable tracks to make the cut at stay reveals embody “from me to u,” “RATATA” and “Song 3” along with fan favorites “Road of Resistance,” “Gimme Chocolate!!” and “Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!”

“…it was their presence and synchronicity that was both dazzling and felt genuinely outside the realm of most U.S.-based musical experiences,” Cincy Music wrote in a review of a November 2024 live performance of theirs.

“…[they] introduced themselves…with an actual introduction song, and portions of their choreography that the crowd was keyed into and performing along with them.”

Babymetal new music

On May 11, 2025, Babymetal launched their fifth studio album “METAL FORTH.”

For such a heavy file, the music is surprisingly melodic. Rather than screaming through songs, the gifted vocalists usually keep issues gentle (while their collaborators convey the fury!) merging pop and headbanging to create a sound that’s all their own.

Standouts here embody the menacing, half-bubblegum/half-screamo “from me to u,” slinky membership banger “RATATA,” offended epic “Song 3,” off-kilter yet hypnotic “KxAxWxAxIxI” and blissed-out rocker “Sunset Kiss.”

The actual spotlight though is the quirky, mosh pit-ready “METAL!!!” that fuses conventional Japanese wind devices with unbridled guitar and drums. This is the mash-up the world didn’t know it needed.

To discover your favourite tracks, you can hear to “METAL FORTH” in full here.

PS: Make sure to stick around until the bitter finish, too. If you don’t, you’ll miss out on the jaw-dropping solos in the oddly dance-y finale “White Flame” (that reminds us just a bit of Trans-Siberian Orchestra).
