Nearly 400 people have been evacuated after a Russian strike on a warehouse close to Kyiv killed at least 37 people, Ukrainian authorities have said.
Videos exhibiting the second of a big explosion and the plumes of smoke that adopted have been shared online.
The strike hit a depot storing weapons for Ukraine’s army close to a residential space.
An investigation into the “terrible negligence on the part of those who stored explosive right next to people” has begun, President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
